Personality:
✂Always has a straight poker face, when he smiles the stitches on his face loosen and it's a bother to sew them back up.
✂Has the 'I'm tired of life' attitude towards everything he does, but really it's just his face.
✂The world is full of idiots.
✂When he doesn't feel like talking he shoves the conversation onto someone else. (e.g if you were hanging out with him and someone else walks up to join the conversation and he didn't feel like talking, he'd make you hold the conversation with the person.)
✂Really Cunning, will use people to satisfy his own needs.
✂Careful, he doesn't trust people with his things easily and is really skeptical about everything (because the last time he trusted people with himself LOOK WHAT HAPPENED HAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHA.)

Backstory:
✂As a child Shuuei enjoyed watching those crime documentary videos because he found it extremely interesting. He was also interested in sewing things, especially teddy bears because it was like he was giving them surgery. (woah calm down child.)

✂He never did anything really exciting as a child, nothing worth mentioning at least.

✂When Shuuei was 15, his aunt introduced him to her adopted 7 year old daughter, Alice, they grew rather close, he began sewing clothes for her and sniz. Shuuei worked as a tailor for most of his non schooling life, he had always found an interest in fashion and clothing. (which explains why he can sew himself up easily *~*~*)

✂One day Alice asked Shuuei if he could take her to the new circus that was visiting town, of course he accepted her proposal and took her there without hesitation, little did anyone know that circus wasn't just new in town, they were also new to the circus life.

✂They called him up to do the act with the saw and the swords, but they didn't do it correctly and ended up cutting Shuuei up into many many..many many parts.

✂When Shuuei wOKE UP HE WAS JUST A PILE OF BODY PARTS AND HE WAS LIKE HOLY MOTHER OF SWEET BABY JESUS WHAT THE HEck, HE FOUND that his arms and hands can move so he was like where is my string and needle i gotta sew the fine as bitch back up.

✂Shuuei later found that he could make clean cuts on almost anything with anything sharp and sword like while he was cutting up some..things.

In short:
✂He died because he was at the circus with his cousin and they called him up to do the whole 'I'm going to saw you in half and stab you with swords' thing but that didn't work out very well did it.

Powers:
✂He's good with needles and string/rope/wire
✂Shuuei is able to harden sharp thin wires enough to the point where they can cut stuff.
